USC Prof鈥檚 Topless Photos Raise Eyebrows
The University of Southern California recently came to 果冻传媒app官方鈥檚 attention when it shut down a play and a protest because of the use of profanity. FIRE wrote USC in protest, and to its credit, USC wrote back that the censorship was not authorized, saying, 鈥淧lease know that the university does not in any way endorse the actions that occurred related to the events on January 23 and 26.鈥 Now USC is back in the news over another form of expression that some people are likely to find offensive. , women鈥檚 studies professor Diana York Blaine鈥檚 personal web page included three topless photos of herself in various situations. Inside Higher Ed , reporting that one student blogger is upset over this and about other comments made by Blaine, but notes that 鈥淸a] USC spokesman said that no policies have been violated, so the university is not pursuing the matter.鈥
