鈥淏ullying鈥 is antagonistic and unwelcome behavior towards another that is severe or repeated and that would be likely to intimidate, hurt, demean, defame, control, or diminish a reasonable person. Bullying may include, but is not defined by, slurs, epithets, and derogatory terms. Bullying is not in the intention (e.g., 鈥渏ust joking around鈥) but in the perception of the behavior against another.
