Harassment is a form of discrimination that occurs when unwelcome conduct based on Protected Status or perceived Protected Status is sufficiently severe or pervasive to unreasonably interfere with an individual鈥檚 or
group of identifiable individuals鈥 educational environment, employment environment, and/or participation in a University program or activity, thereby creating an environment that a reasonable person in similar circumstances and with similar identities would find hostile, intimidating, or abusive.
